Sir:-
I am directed by secretary Sir E. Grey to inform
you that a copy of correspondence which has passed between the Colonial Office (18175/15 and following
papers) and the Board of Trade, relative to trade-
marks registered in the name of enemy subjects and
firms in Hong Kong has been communicated to this
Department by the Board.
Sir E. ey would be glad to be in formed of
any action which the Secretary of State for the
Colonies may consider it advisable to take in view
of the correspondence referred to.
